Yep, I still can't say the word yet. Too early. But it's not too early to stamp some "s" flakes! Tee-hee.
I was back at it with my new Hero Arts "s" flake set this weekend. As I said last week, I truely adore this "s" flake image, I'm sure it will be a favorite for a long time.
I thought it would make a perfect faux ornanment for my card, so I stamped it in Real Red, cut it out using my Nestie circle dies, then I cut out a Real Red scalloped die to layer my "s" flake image on, and then I made a little silver topper for my ornament, but you can hardly see it in this picture. I also added a real wire hook, just like you'd find on a real ornament. And the final touch was a satin dual sided May Arts Ribbon!
Underneath the ornament, I stamped more "s" flakes on a piece of Old Olive cardstock using Whisper White craft ink. I layered that with Real Red cardstock as well. The final layer is Cuttlebugged using my "s"flake embossing folder.
I love how it turned out and I hope you do to! I'm off to BSF, so no time to chat.
Hugs,
Amy
