It's a Verve Sneak Peek!!!

Over at the Verve blog, today is another sneak peek at one of Verve's newest stamp sets, being released on Friday. This set is called Father Figure, and can be used for ALL the special men in your lives!

I combined two Verve sets on this card, Father Figure, which is words and sentiments only, along with Seeing Stars. I stuck with "manly" colors, Basic Grey, Old Olive, and Brocade Blue.

Is your dad, or your husband the star in you life? Now it will be easy to let them know how you feel about them with this new set. The main verse in the set says this...."there are so many words that define you. You're a man of integrity, a role model, provider, protector, teacher and friend..." . Wow. Could Julee have chosen a better verse to tug at the ol' heartstrings? These are such powerful words!!! I for one am so thankful Julee realized that stamps celebrating men are in short supply in this industry! We needed a set this this, didn't we?
Be sure to hop on over to the Verve blog today to see what other cards were created using this new set by the Verve design team. Also, check out yesterdays Verve post too, which gives you a sneak peak at the OTHER new set releasing Friday called Great Expectations. Once you're there, be sure to leave a comment on yesterday's AND today's post to try and win one of these new sets! Woo-hoo, I love free stamps!!!

  1. Hi Amy, I found your blog through Bethanys and Julees and I love, love, love your creations!! This card is FABULOUS, you are truly talented!!! I have you in my favorites now and will be back often to see what you are up to!

I am so very sorry you have a sinus infection - I get them at least once every two to three months, have had surgery on them twice, and I know they are no fun! I hope you feel better soon!
