Another Simplistic Card

Here's another really simple card using the same stamps I used on yesterday's card (Silhouette Blooms I & II, and Lined Backgrounder). This time I used my spiral punch to make the card appear like I tore it out of my son's classroom notebook! The Friend's sentiment is an old stamp I've had around for a long, long time. It's by Rivercity Rubberworks and is called "Friends Remind Me". It's another simple, yet beautiful card to give to someone special. And even though it doesn't have any layers or embellishments, it doesn't feel naked to me like most layerless cards do!

I have a feeling these Silhouette stamps are going to be getting lots and lots of use! Love them!

Hugs,
Amy

  1. Amy, these cards are GREAT. They are simple, yet elegant! They have a posh, urban feel to them - very trendy! You may have hit on something huge! Great job!

  5. I have that bg stamp and haven't colored it yet like this, to look like actual notebook paper. Love yours. And I really like the mix of colored and black blooms.
