Good morning! No cards to show yet today. I spent yesterday running around and then cutting and mounting my 9 new stamp sets! The best news is that 5 of them were free!! Woo-hoo! Love free stamps!
Did everyone see Cindy's new banner at imagine.dream.create? It looks great and it gets me excited to get my new banner up! We both had ours done by the same gal, Sam Carnathan, who is a good friend of Taylors over at Taylored Expressions. I am expecting mine to be up sometime next week. Can't wait.
I have a busy day, but am hoping to get some new cards made later today with some of my new sets. I can't decide which I'll try first!
Did anyone watch Idol last night? I am a HUGE fan, so you'll be reading alot about the shows on my blog in the coming weeks. Last night, they had the tryouts from Minneapolis, which is where I'm from. Unfortunately, they bashed the state as "Minne-hopeless" after all the goofballs that showed up! My whole family was watching last night and screaming when the losers from Mpls came on......we couldn't believe some of these people that were representing our beloved state! Yikes. The only bright part of the show is when they were previewing tonight's show in Seattle, calling it the worst tryouts yet! So Mpls isn't the worst! Thank heavens! Leave me a comment today and let me know if you are an Idol fan too!
I'll be back tonight posting some fun cards. Have a great day!

Definitely an Idol fan but found moments of last night kind of painful! I'm not sure yet if I think Jewel is such a great addition to the judging team...
ReplyDeleteLook forward to seeing your banner!
Hi Amy,
ReplyDeleteYes, I watched American Idol last night because House was a re-run. ;-) I do like the show, though... esp. all the goofballs. That's what makes it so fun to watch. Sometimes you've got to wonder why people who clearly can't sing would want to try out on national television. I guess they've got guts!!
I'm loving my new blog banner and all the tweaking she did to coordinate the colors & stuff. I can't wait to see what yours looks like!
