I don't have lots of time to post this morning, but I really thought I should get a card posted today so you don't all drop me from your daily blog reading list! It's just been crazy around here. I am picking up some additional hours at work to make up for the loss of my freelance work, so finding the time or energy to stamp has suffered. I think the last time I really stamped much was the middle of January.

Anyways, in an effort to use up what I have already on hand, I dug into some Scenic Route stickers I had and made this little card which could be used for Valentine's Day or just as a little reminder to the one you love. No stamping involved! The bird is from my SU dies, and the little heart was hand cut. I get so excited when I get to use up some of my fun pom-pom trim. The color matched the sticker perfectly!

It always feel so good when I can make a card using the supplies I already have on hand. I better watch out though, one of these days all my supplies are going to be gone and I won't have any new stuff on hand. There has to be a healthy balance between new supplies and old supplies, don't you think? Have a great day.

Hugs,
Amy

p.s. Ken is still in the hospital, probably at least until Thurday. He is in quite a bit of pain, with drainage tubes on both sides of his chest. He's got a pain pump now that he can control himself when he feels he needs it. Thank you to everyone for all the kind words and prayers.
