Verve Diva Challenge Part Deux!

This week Amber is the featured Verve Diva over at the Verve SCS forum! Not only can you ask Amber any sort of question that will help you get to know her better, but she's got a special card challenge you can participate in as well!

This was the photo Amber wanted us to use as our inspiration...isn't it fun? It reminds me of the pottery you'd find in a kitchen in Mexico or Spain. I went to Spain back in the late 90's and this stuff was everywhere! It's so beautiful!

I think my card ended up looking like Mexican tile..don't you? I used Verve's Filigree Fantasy set to created the tile. To start out, I used my Scor-Pal to section the cardstock off into 1" squares. Then, I stamped the filigree image in the middle of where all four corners of each square met. After I did that, I stamped the diamond image in between each filigree. The colors I chose were Night of Navy, Real Rust, Bashful Blue, and So Saffron.

If you want to play along with Amber this week, be sure and visit the Verve Forum and go to this thread. It's here you'll read the fine details to her challenge (you can win $15 in Verve bucks if you win!!!) and also where you can learn more about Amber's really cool life in Japan! You only have until midnight Wednesday night to get your entry in, so hurry!

This morning, I'm off to play golf in a tournament benefiting the Big Brothers/Big Sisters of the Twin Cities area!

Hugs,
Amy
