Arte Y Pico Award

Becky over at Tales from a Domestic Briefcase has bestowed the Arte Y Pico Award to me, isn't that sweetest thing? Apparently, it's given to those who contribute their gift of creativity to the blogging community. Like how hard is that????? It's EASY to share what I do because you guys INSPIRE me to do it!!!! And, I wouldn't even be able to do what I do if it wasn't for the BIG GUY upstairs who blessed me with every creative bone in my body, so it's really nothing I do in my own power! It's all Him, and I am so thankful He chose the gift of creativity for me. I mean, a genius IQ would have been a good gift too, I guess, but if I had to choose, the ability to create beautiful things with my hands is the equivilent to winning the lottery!!!!!

Anyways, Becky tells me this is what I have to do now that she's bestowed this award on me.....

1) I have to pick 5 blogs that I consider deserve this award for their creativity, design, interesting material, and also contributes to the blogging community, no matter what language.

2) Each award has to have the name of the author and also a link to his or her blog to be visited by everyone.

3) Each award winner has to show the award and put the name and link to the blog that has given her or him the award itself.

4) Award-winner and the one who has given the prize have to show the link of "Arte y Pico" blog , so everyone will know the origin of this award. (I hope you can read spanish, because it's a spanish speaking blog:)!!!!!)
5) To show these rules.

Gosh, it's so hard picking just 5 people to give this award to. In fact, I'm almost certain MOST of you have already received this award, because I've seen it everywhere, and I'm usually the last person to play these games! But in the interest of being a good sport, here are the five bloggers who have inspired me the most over these past few months....keep in mind, these are not the ONLY five that have inspired me! You all inspire me just because you are amazing, supportive, encouraging women and I love every one of you. Don't feel sad if you don't see your name here, ok? Just check out my blogroll and that's a truer idea of all the wonderful women that inspire me everyday to do what I do here at Heartfelt Greetings!

Without further ado.....

Sara at Tweaks & Designs....while Sara isn't a card maker, this woman is creative in her own right. She can turn a ho-hum blog into a work of art, my blog is proof of that talent. And not only that, she is one of the sweetest, kindest women I know. She has been so generous and supportive with me and I would be terribly remiss in not mentioning her here today.

Asela Hopkins of Hop Art Studios....Asela is an amazing artist, and is someone I am in awe of constantly, not just because of her artistic ability, but because of her inner beauty, which is clearly evident even through the world wide web. I've never met her, but I know she's a woman of God and has a heart of gold. That's why I think she deserves this award.

Julie Brooks @ Paper Blessings....Julie is not only a great stamper, she is another Sister in Christ. She has devoted her life to her family and to her church family. She is upbeat, and a woman of substance, of that I know.

Paula Bloom at Love Bloom's In Me.....Paula is a longtime reader of my blog, and I have gained so much wisdom and insight from her, but I'm sure she doesn't even know that. She remains so positive in spite of the difficulties she's experienced over the past few years, and that's so apparent on her blog. It helps me battle my wars with dignity and grace, just like she has.

Jacki at The Card Castle...Jacki has been a big cheerleader for me, encouraging me to remain optimistic in spite of the difficulties I face. It's hard not to be optimistic when you've got this woman on your side. She's a fabulous stamper and a prayer warrior of the best kind. She had surgery this week, so please be sure to stop by her blog and wish her speedy recovery!

So there you go. I hope you visit all these super ladies and tell them you learned something special about each of them today. Thanks for all your support!
Hugs,
Amy
