Headed for Stardom

No, not me silly. This card.

I made this card using the newest Verve Visual stamp set called Starlight Starbright. You've got to get this set if you've got kids in the house! I had a little bit of exaggerated fun with it--it's mostly for show, not necessarily for "function" (it wouldn't quite fit in a standard size envelope because of the rays of the star). I made it really fun so I would ignite your creative juices!

If you hadn't already guessed, I made it with a teenage girl in mind. The background paper is from my Rockstar Collection pack by DCWV. The "U" comes from the SU set called All About You. The embossed gold stars are from Verve, as is the sentiment. In case you haven't figutred it yet, the front of the card reads "U R Headed for STARDOM"! It's a perfect card to give to a daughter, niece, granddaughter that's starring in her school musical, or singing a solo at State, or cheering in a big competition. Head over to Verve today and buy a set for yourself so you can let your kids exactly what they mean to you. I mean, it's only $10!!! Where in the world can you buy a complete stamp set for $10 other than Verve Visual!!!!! And while your there, buy Verve's other brand new set called Wonderful Wishes, it's only $10 bucks too!

Have a great day.

Hugs,
Amy

  8. Wow Amy! This is so fun and fabulous. I am in such a stamping rut right now. For a few days I didn't even feel like stamping. So why push it? It's supposed to be for fun. But then a couple of days in a row I sat down to stamp and things were so hideous they never even made it to the "card" stage. Blech! Do you ever have funks? HELP!
