10,000 Hits!

I said I was gonna give away some blog candy, and that's EXACTLY what I'm going to do! In celebration of reaching 10,000 hits, I'm gonna give away something beauuuuutiful AND delicious!!!!

Let me tell you first of all, that I have been having so much fun blogging! I have gotten to know such neat women who faithfully visit me here everyday; your loyalty astounds me sometimes! You are as hungry as I am for new ideas, aren't you? Your kind, sweet comments everyday bring a smile to my face!
I thought long and hard about what I could possibly give away to celebrate this cool event. I thought about stamps, but quickly decided against that. Been there, done that. I thought I might give away a handmade card, but that just wasn't enough for you neat chickies either. So I asked myself......"what do I love?", and the answer to that simple question was "candy"!!!!! I couldn't just give away a bag of candy, how tacky. So, I altered this little paint can (don't worry, it was a NEW paint can) into a Treats Tin! The best surprise of all is that it's FULL of candy!!! Woo-hoo! Who doesn't LOVE candy???? In case you're wondering what kind of candy is in the can, there's Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, Nestle's Crunch Eggs, and Hershey's Minatures. Right this very second, the sweet smell of chocolate is wafting up to my nostrils sending me into a chocolate tailspin! I have to get this out of here! And quickly, before I eat all the candy!
Would you love to have this Treats Tin? Please leave me a comment (on this blog entry only), and tell me what the answer is to this question...."it's the little ___________ that make our cards stand out amongst the others". I've talked about this many times in my blog entries. In fact, I took this little thing into consideration today when I bought the candy for the Treats Tin....notice that the candy is wrapped in wrappers that MATCH the paper I used to make the Treats Tin! It's the little ________ that make our creations stand out amongst the others!
Don't worry if you can't figure the answer out, you won't be penalized for not knowing! You'll still be able to win the Treats Tin! I just thought it'd be fun to see how many of you might know the answer....post your comment anytime between now and Sunday by midnight (2/25), and you'll have a chance to win this Treat Can made especially for my wonderful blog readers!
Hugs and Kisses to all of you,
Amy

I would say (just to be different)..."it's the little flourishes that make our cards stand out amongst the others". Whether it be scallops, ribbon, piercing, primas (oh the list goes on), these are what makes crafting and giving these so much fun!

It's definately the little details that make our cards stnd out amongst the others. Like how you used the riveting set on your golf card and added a golf ball texture to the center of the rivet. How cool was that.

    Thanks for the inspiration.
