Just in case anyone was wondering, I am alive and well! Actually, I was at a church retreat this weekend. It was called Crafty Ladies and all we did was play, play, play! Man, did I ever need that! I went with my good friend Sue. We had a great time craftin', chattin', and eatin'! Now I just need to unload and unpack all my stamping supplies, which is always the worst part of going away for the weekend. I swear, I took everything I had in my stamp room, and then some.
Did I get alot done? Well, I think I did. Do I have anything to show for it? NO! The wonderful ladies at the retreat bought nearly every card I made while I was there and every card I had brought with me! Yikes! I had hoped to have gotten ahead of the game by going to the retreat, and instead, I'm further behind than when I left!!! LOL. I did manage to hide a few cards from their sight so I had something to share with you on my blog this week. I am so thankful I got to spend the weekend away with all these great ladies They refreshed my spirit immensly! A special HI! is going out to one of my tablemates, Debbie C. Hi Debbie!!!! Debbie was a stamper too--we had a great time sharing our work with each other and borrowing each other's supplies. I hope she managed to find her way to my blog!
Well, I've got a crockpot full of Chicken Noodle Soup I need to go attend. I'll be back tomorrow with one of the cards I made this weekend!
